ABSTRACT

The project gives a summary of the entire research study, which was designed to find out the causes of pollution and its effects on man and its environment. 300 persons were used as subject of this study. This attempt to find out various causes of pollution and its effects on man shows that man himself is the sole contributor to the pollution of his own environment.
