It is the desired to know more about it that made the researcher to choose it as the topic. It therefore adequate to mention the fact that the performance and behavior of any organization are highly closely linked to organization information processing. The close link doubt of the fact that much of those daily routine of organization entail information exchange and coordinating. To this effect both activities are depended upon communication network therefore could be seen as a permissible focus for the co-operative communication in an organization and the fact that management information system an effective tools in the achievement of cooperate objectives.
